I applied online. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at H&M (Sofia, Sofia (city))
Interview
Few days after applying online I got a call from a HR recruitment lady. She asked me the following questions:
1. Why did you apply for this position?
2. What do you know about H&M?
3. Do you visit our stores often and why?
4. What makes group of pleople a great team?
5. How can you contribute to our success?
6. Few questions regarding my CV
After that she told me that if I am successful she is going to call me back in a few days. She did. I got an invitation to a group interview that was held at the store by 2 of the managers. 7 people were invited. Interview lasted about an hour. Group activities only. We were asked to unbox a box full of random clothes and create outfits including all the clothes. It was not an easy task because some clothes did not match well together. Second task is to solve following problem as a team : " If you see a co-worker stealing clothes what would you do? Would you fire them report them to the manager or directly go and ask them why they steal?" Again it was not easy because all 7 of us had to give only 1 answer and 1 solution of the problem. During the third activity the managers were acting as if they were real customers and we were the sales advisors. They asked us questions like: "Do you think I look fat? /Can you let my baby pee in the fitting room?/ Look, this blouse has a hole. Can I get it for free? / What size I am? (if you tell her M she responds: You think I`m fat?!)
It was a very fun interview , we laughed a lot. There we no right/wrong answers but interviewers tested us if we can act like a team while observing our behaviour.
A week after I got a call from the store manager and I was offered the position. 2 people got the job.

I applied online. I interviewed at H&M (Dundalk) in Mar 2026
Interview
It was lovely, very interactive. Getting to meet new people, seeing the H&M store was really nice. The supervisor was really professional and warm. First we got to know each other, then did a question and answers round with everyone, situation based, customer service based, questions to display your skills etc, talking about H&M values and then we had a group task, to come with a outfit based on the provided situation.
