Genpact Process Associate interview questions

I appeared for the Genpact interview in January for the Process Associate role. The process started with an HR round focusing on my introduction and communication skills, followed by a personal interview where my knowledge and experience were discussed. Overall, the experience was smooth and my interview went well.

The interview process has 2 rounds - HR and then process interview. It's very easy to crack. It just includes basic to medium questions for the process related to the position one is applying.
