I don't know, it just looks GEICO doesn't even care about who they are getting for their summer internship program. Though we set up a time to conduct a phone interview, nobody ever called. I tried to call their office, but was told the recruiter was not in the office all the times. They promised me the recruiter would certainly call me back within a week. Guess what? It's been a month.
Everything was alright according to the predefined script sent to my email in advance. Also HR manager was cool about some of the misunderstandings I have made during the said interview. I rate it 10/10
It was a Quick phone screen with Human Resources. The representative Asked standard interview questions. Took me about 30 minutes. Received an email after with a decision after the interview.
Applied through handshake, phone interview about my interest, then I had a video interview with 4 members of management. Easy and quick process. All took about a week and a half. *If your applying for the internship make sure you tell them that you are interested in insurance even if your not and do your research on geico
