Interview
I applied online and the next day I received an email about setting up a time to come in and test. it was a basic multi-tasking and typing test. After I passed that, I had a brief interview then set up a time to come back for a role playing scenario. After that, I sat with a claims rep for about an hour to see more of what the job is like...then I had a final interview with supervisors who let me know right away that I got the job. Overall, it was easier than I was expecting. However, if you do not research Geico and read the instructions for the initial test and role play, you will not be successful. Total process testing/interview process took three days.

Interview
Process was pretty straightforward, I applied online, within minutes I was sent an email for an assessment, within 24 hours I was able to schedule a phone interview. I was asked to come in for a final in person interview. I received an offer.

Interview
Process was very straightforward. I applied, and shortly after had the opportunity to take an assessment. Once those results came in a day or two later I was contacted to schedule a Webex interview. My interviewer was very nice and helpful and seemed genuinely engaged in my interview and getting to know me.
