I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at GEICO (Indianapolis, IN) in Jan 2016
Interview
Easy, direct and to the point. There was a test portion to see how you would do, and a question portion where the interviewer got to know you. Everyone was very friendly and wanted you know what the job entailed. You knew what you were applying for, and what you could expect from the job and the company.

Interview
It was ok but I don't know if I would go back just because of the length of the interview and the process but maybe I misunderstood the problems that I thought were at the heart of the organizational structure and the amount of hourly rates

Interview
Interviewers don't know much about the position, and don't seem to care. I applied for a job at a location that they turned out not to even offer. Interviewer seemed like she just wanted to get the call over with.

Question 1
Are you able to work at [location not listed on the application]?
The interview process was relatively easy and straightforward, without being overly time-consuming. It didn’t drag on for too many stages, which was a plus. Be prepared to answer a mix of personal and professional questions, as they seemed interested in understanding both my background and personality. Overall, it was a smooth and manageable experience.
