Interview
The interview involved a phone screen which involved personal questions about resume. This happened to be my first interview yet but I sensed at times that I was placed on the spot for some of the questions especially the one I listed.

Tell me about a time when you shown self-initiative.(The way I remember question)
Applied online, scheduled phone interview. Phone interview about the program, behavioral questions, experiences, etc. Emailed shortly after about not being a candidate. If I were to move forward in the process, there would have been a technical interview.
