Started with questions on a file to test the excel data managing and reporting skills. Very different from traditional interview. No front desk in the company at all. You have to find the person on a touch screen to communicate with your recruiting manager. After a few basic questions which took about 5 minutes, the recruiting manager gave me the file to work on.
