I applied to an Enterprise Architect role, for which I am totally qualified, experienced and educated to do. An automated HR system sent me a request to record and submit videos of me answering one introduction and three elaborate EA questions in detail, which I did. That system informed me that I would be contacted by a recruiter either way. Instead, two weeks later, I received another automated email mid-day on a Saturday saying they decided to move forward with other candidates. In other words, this was a ghost job - not one human being involved and a complete waste of two hours of my time. If they ever ask you to record interview videos with no human screening or intervention whatsoever, you may want to take a hard pass.
