As a branch office administrator, you’ll partner with a financial advisor to operate a branch office in your own community. You’ll work closely with your financial advisor to provide administrative support, scheduling services and other duties that help maintain the branch’s success.     I work part-time as an admin support. Every time I work an assignment I am impressed by how well this organization is run.


    On-call admins don't make a lot of money.

    Advice to Management

    Financial Advisors should be required to coach and mentor on-call BOAs so that we can grow our skill sets.

    Started in January finally hired in April. It's a long intensive process. Included multiple phone interviews, two in person interviews, a 4 hour long practice quiz and multiple in depth background checks.
