Branch Office Administrators

As a branch office administrator, you’ll partner with a financial advisor to operate a branch office in your own community. You’ll work closely with your financial advisor to provide administrative support, scheduling services and other duties that help maintain the branch’s success.     Pros

    I work part-time as an admin support. Every time I work an assignment I am impressed by how well this organization is run.

    Cons

    On-call admins don't make a lot of money.

    Advice to Management

    Financial Advisors should be required to coach and mentor on-call BOAs so that we can grow our skill sets.

    The process took 3 days. I interviewed at Edward Jones (Etobicoke, ON).

    Interview

    I applied for the position online and received an email from the HR recruiter to schedule a phone interview. The HR recruiter was crass and did not seem like she even read my resume. She also informed me of a company policy that I had to move my investments to EJ if I was hired. I ended the interview right there, and I'm not even sure if that's legal.
