Lengthy process - took 4 weeks. I applied online, There was a lack of clarity in communication between candidates and HR, it took HR a bit of time to get back on next steps. The process involved 3 video interviews + 1 onsite + references. Even after collecting references, the HR didn't get in touch until 4-5 days later communicating that the position is no longer available and connected candidate with another position that was unclear. HR ended up communicating final messages through a voicemail. Overall while I enjoyed meeting with the team and felt excited about opportunities at the company, I don't think the process of interviewing was as great as expected. It felt that the process was a bit messy, not clearly communicated, and there was a lack of transparency in feedback.
