Interview
Initial phone call after outreach from them to me via LinkedIn. Person on DD side with +10 minutes late and did not apologize, but it went ok. I shared my resume and gave my availability for the following week for a formal first round interview--the recruiter did not respond to my email to confirm a time til the following week, giving me little notice to set aside time on my own calendar. Day of interview comes--I was scheduled to speak with 2 individuals via video call. Both were late. 1 was polite and seemed genuinely interested in my background--the other did not. He simply nodded at everything I said and appeared preoccupied. Also asked me where I worked when he presumably had my resume. Not a good question to waste time with when he was already late. Overall left a negative taste in my mouth.
