Interview
A recruiter from the company gets in contact with you first. If the recruiter thinks you are a perfect fit for the position, they set up an interview with the Branch Manager. The Branch Manager sits down with you to ask more detail questions.
Online without an actual person but asking question you must answer and record and then submit. Interview was given immediately. Online without an actual person but asking question you must answer and record and then submit. Interview was given immediately.
I feel like the questions were very simple. It was a role that didn’t require much skill or background. I didn’t like the recruiter. She was very short, and just was not a good experience.
Process was easy and straightforward, questions regarding why you like the company, how you see yourself growing there. This manager was very interested in aspirations and where you see yourself in the future.
