I applied through university. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Capital One in Feb 2012
Interview
First, they make you take an aptitude test to test for your analytical skills. They also give you a behavioral/personality test. My first interview was an OCI and all they gave me was a case study to solve. No behavioral questions, nothing. I was then flown out to Richmond to interview at one of the headquarters. The night before my interview they held a small social at the hotel to chat with current analysts in the rotation program. The next morning, you're given a schedule and have a behavioral interview, job fit interview, and a case interview set up for the day. If you weren't given a case study on campus, then you do 2 cases that day. After that, you just go home and wait...

Question 1
My business case was on capital one call centers. It involved break even analysis (number of calls would have to make) and market factors that would affect the call center business. I was too careless and would forget small facts (since they read it out to you and you have to write your own notes) so when I'd do my calculations, it wasn't right because I was off by something.
