I applied through university. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Capgemini (Toronto, ON) in Apr 2022
Interview
Fun interview process, spanned the course of 2 - 2.5 weeks. Applied online about a month a half, two months ago. Was contacted by the recruiter saying I passed screening. Then they gave me an online assessment which had three parts, logic / number patterns, data structures and algorithms, OOP concepts, and finally 2 coding problems, up to part with Leetcode easy.
Moved onto final HR round 2 days later. HR round was sort of tough, got asked questions related to backend and front end, and I had to demo an extensive project. Was grilled on the different technologies. Super kind interviewer, made me feel comfortable instantly.
Got an offer the next day.
