Very casual and informal .one on one with manager, then met other management. District manager involved as well. Not intimidating, more of a get to know your personality. I can’t think that anyone that showed enthusiasm would not get an offer.
Focused on sales experience, not too difficult. Had to do a phone interview first. They asked standard questions to screen candidates. Once at in person interview they focused on sales, customer service experience.

apply online or through friend referral, first step is the phone interview, and then within one week you will get to know whether you get the chance for a one on one interview. make appointments for a one on one interview and then go for that one.

2 managers will sit and ask questions to make sure you have sales experience and won't give hard time while working with them.
They also make sure you are not planning maternity/parental leaves in near future.
