Decent vacation policy with some room for add on with seniority. No vacation or paid time off if you're on a contract like covering a mat leave. Found this pretty hard for my first year.

One of the rare big 5 banks that still offers a DB pension (0.8% up to pensionable earning and 1.5% for amount over PE) . medical/dental benefits with Sunlife which is super easy and fast when filing claims. benefit dollar not so much compared to other FIs- just enough for a basic package with no extra dollar left over for wellness or HSA. starts with 15 holiday, 3 personal days and 1 purpose day. Employer share purchase plan matches 50% up to max $2250 a year. no DC
