Good, WFH, Friendly, fun, good benefits
Great benefits package. Defined benefit pension plan is good, solid benefits package for other healthcare and insurances. Vacation time and flexibility also great.
Flexible benefits allow the employee to choose the benefits that are specific to their needs.
During pandemic no compensation was given to buy laptop/ chair or set up workstation unlike other banks.
good with vacation paid and sick leaves
Overall benefits package is comparable to the other big banks. There are additional perks like free banking, discounted fees and preferred mortgage rates and a share purchase plan. The biggest benefit that isn't typically available elsewhere is a competitive defined benefit pension plan.
Good benefits package, similar to other large banks.
Very standard full-time package which really helps you save on things you weren't expected you were paying for
The base insurance covers all the average person requires in a year.
Benefits package is great. There are 3 levels: basic, comprehensive and premium depending on your needs. The rates are reasonable. Employer covers a portion. You can add dependents. You can change your level every 2 years. Only drawback is that added dependents have to go on the same level plan that the primary/employee is on.
