Low overall pay in the industry. The standard benefits as other banks. 2 personal days per year. Hard to get long weekend vacations.

The flex benefit program for medical/dental/life/disability insurance is expensive and very limited in options.

The paramedical benefits should be boosted up. Certain things like allergy shots should be included in the package. Do a comparison with other banks and see if your benefits are competitive. Factor in cost of living and inflation so the benefits make sense.

CIBC provides very competitive salary and other benefits to the employee. Their salary, insurance and other employee benefits are really unique.
