Phone interview. Had to call into a conference room. Interviewer missed the first appointment we had. He told me about every postion the company had on a certiqn contract and what each position did. Asked which one I thought I would be best in. Explained the schedule and the hours.

I applied for an IT Consultant position online and received a call from a recruiter. The recruiter asked about my background, experience and salary requirements and I was told they would refer me to the hiring official. After not hearing anything for a week, I called the recruiter and I was told it was between me and another candidate who had more business development experience. It's been 3 weeks and I haven't heard anything, so I guess the other candidate got the job.

A recruiter contacted me about interviewing the in two weeks for a position. It was similar to speed dating there were about 15-20 canidates there. We all sat down at a table and different hiring managers came and interviewed us. They weren't hard questions. After the interview they went over a slide show of the benefits the company offers. The recruiter said he'd call me in the next week to let him know the decision. I followed up with him 2 weeks later and left a message. He never returned my email or phone call which I thought was rude. Overall the process was easy.
