I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Booz Allen Hamilton (Herndon, VA) in Aug 2013
Interview
I applied through an employee reference and was contacted about 2 months later. After a preliminary phone interview (the basics, not hard at all) I went in for an onsite interview. There were probably 12 other interviewees attending the same 'round robin' interview day. We all sat at different tables with another chair in front of us. After a speech about the company, our interviewers walked into the room and sat in front of us. After 30 minutes, the first interviewer left and another one took the seat. This happened 3 times.
Questions were basically just getting to know you and see if you'd fit on the team. "Tell me about a project where...." or "Tell me about yourself" Nothing difficult, felt like a conversation. I was given the opportunity to ask questions . After all 3 interviewers, they herded us out of the room and told us we'd be contacted in 5 business days.
Overall, a great experience. The only bad part was my interaction with the recruiter during the offer process. She was awful and absolutely no help. She was rude during the negotiation and setting up my start date. I'm excited about the job but she was a horrible first impression of the company.

Question 1
Tell me about a time where you had to deal with a difficult customer/client?
The Booz Allen consultant interview process was pretty straightforward—started with a recruiter screen, then a couple of behavioral interviews, and a case-style or problem-solving conversation. Overall, it focused a lot on teamwork, communication, and how you think through challenges. It felt professional but conversational.

Question 1
Can you describe a time where you had to lead a project?
It was easy no case study just talked to two people back to back. I think they were two thirty minute interviews. They can be from different accounts and just walked through your resume
Two interviews one with my job lead and one with my career manager. Typical questions about you and your resume. Both interviews were virtual and about 30 minutes in length.
