Interview
I responded to a recruiter e-mail and was offered to come in for an interview. I interviewed with managers from 3 separate projects or initiatives. Although the initiative I was originally contacted for did not extend an offer, one of the other managers and I hit it off and I was extended an offer to join his team.

Describe the most difficult time that you fixed a bug within your code without consulting your team lead? How did you plan your attack?
Smooth, easy, they were super nice. I felt relaxed and enjoyed it.
There were two interviews after speaking with a recruiter initially. Then they followed up with a phone call.
Single practical coding exercise on test environment followed by discussion on job role and responsibilities. All remote, 2 months from application to interview, 1 week from interview to start date.
