The interviewers were friendly and amiable. They seemed to be very neighborly. The only issue was that the job offer was a bit of a hot sale, by which I mean the gentleman said his HR person needed an answer today. I can understand a company being pressed for time and labor, but was it really necessary to make an immediate yes-or-no offer? It just put me off is all.

The interview process is very concise and usually begins soon after watching a company overview to determine if you still wish to proceed with the interview process. After the interview is over, a mutual agreement is made.

Very simple, a group setting with an overview of the company and the job followed by a short one on one interview with an agent at the branch you are interviewing with.

Met with one member of the team, was immediately the interview process felt very quick and rushed process, they want you to sign up right away, commission only structure & no benefits.
