Very reassuring and professional. Was a little skeptical, this job seems to good to be true and as a recent college grad I’m having trouble deciding if this is what I want out of a first job
- What can you bring to this company?

I interviewed at American Income Life (Los Angeles, CA)
The interview process is straight forward. It consists of webinars explaining the company and example of client contact. Upon completion of the webinars there is a phone interview to determine final suitability. Eligible candidates must have a license or be prepared to enroll in exam prep to move forward.
- What are your strengths? How does this position fit into your professional goals?

A 3-part process which consisted of a competence analysis, script memorization, and multiple personality-driven questions. All interviews were via Skype. They offer "multiple positions" which all end up being a sales agent.
- What motivates me to go to work everyday.

Many interviews for this job, pretty easy! Had to take class for the job. It was average but can be nerve racking because sometimes it is in a group setting

Great informative interview process. The interview was interactive and there was a lot of exchanges between me and the hiring manager. My questions were answered and so were theirs. Overall I’d say by the end I was confident I was a good fit for the position.

Pretty easy and straightforward. You submit the resume then you do a company overiew, and lastly you get the final interview. Shouldn't be a problem for most people. Howver, if you get accepted, it is a somewhat long process to start due to the LLQP certification.
- Why wlare you a good fit for AO?

I applied through LinkedIn and was asked to view a 30 minute recorded webinar followed by a group interview. The group interview has ~40 applicants and there we learned about the work hours and pay structure. I think they get an overwhelming number of applicants who apply because of the generic job description and drop off after learning about the details. This was not a good fit for me and I ended the interview once I had a better understanding of the job role and payment structure.
- Tell me about yourself and work history. Why did you apply?

Quick and easy. The payment plan and promotions system sounds a little bit too good to be true, so I'm wary. But... I guess we'll see what happens. I might choose to move forward and take the job with them just to see if there's any money to be made there. It's 100% commissions-based, so that's not necessarily ideal.
- What is a job that you have had. How are you doing.
