BEWARE THIS COMPANY. This screams MLM and Pyramid Scheme. Think Mary Kay, ItWorks, etc. where your job is essentially “Pay to Play”. A company that is not willing to invest in the future of its employees through training and licensure is not a company that values its employees and expects to keep them around long term. The business practices of companies like these are VERY shady.
Take a look at the job listing you applied for, if you even applied. Does it state American Income Life anywhere on it? Most likely not - mine didn’t. It was called “Holtz Agency”. Huge red flag. Does it state commission-only anywhere? Does it state you’ll need to immediately fund licensure up front anywhere? Does it state it’s a multi-level-marketing company anywhere?
Beware. Read the reviews for this company. Read up on MLM’s. Be educated. I personally did not have a bad experience with this company other than them wasting my time. I have nothing to gain from posting this other than potentially helping someone. Don’t be suckered into the closest thing to a legal pyramid scheme.
