When I was contacted by AIL, i was given an interview time and date. When I found the office, there was about 30 other people waiting to be interviewed. I was given a form to fill out and to wait until my name was called. I was brought into a room with another applicant and had a brief interview. At that time I was asked if I had time to join to group setting interview and learn more about the company. I did move forward with the hiring process but have yet to complete it.
