I applied through Campus Recruitment. The process comprised of an online screening test followed by 3 rounds of personal interviews (Technical + HR). The online test had technical questions about SQL with some logical aptitude questions. After initial screening through online test there were 3 rounds of personal interview. In all the three rounds I was asked some puzzles, case studies, technical questions regarding Hadoop and my summer internship as well as HR related questions. It took 1.5 hours for online test and around 4-5 hours for 3 rounds of PI.

Overall it was smooth. The interviewer asked me about my internships and projects and wants me to explain the technical things in layman's terms to judge my storytelling. He also asked me to do a Root Cause Analysis of decline in approval rates of their credit cards. Then he asked me a case study where we have to assign credit limit to recent college graduates, so what factors should we consider for this.
