nothing is bad , benefits are excellent
Very good flexible benefits package; ok vacation policy; we have coffee machines now but they're honestly pretty gross.
You are able to customize your benefits package however it is not the best. If you want higher coverage you need to pay a lot extra out of your own pocket to receive a higher benefit coverage, the base that is provided to you by Amex is not good.
15 days paid time off, comprehensive health and dental insurance depending on the plan you choose, coverage for massage, discount in gym membership, up to $300 reimbursement for gym membership yearly, subsidized cafeteria food, educational assistance if approved.
poor salary , not a lot of sick days
dismal benefits package, has kept creeping down every few years to what amounts to employee pays 100% of dividend
Benefits from day one. Stock options, match RRSP, and bonuses could potential be, potentially, ~18% more of your income.
Not great as such a large company
Good canteen. I liked it.
Best: flexibility and options to use benefits credits as needed Worst: N/A
