Benefits from day one. Stock options, match RRSP, and bonuses could potential be, potentially, ~18% more of your income.
Not great as such a large company
Good canteen. I liked it.
Best: flexibility and options to use benefits credits as needed Worst: N/A
the longer you stay with the company the better it gets. I cannot think of anything worst at the moment. The benefits are great, the company matches some of it and you can make quite a little profit from it in case in the future you want to put a deposit for a house or something else.
Standard benefits In Canada - RRSP 3% matching Stocks 50% matching up to 1% of salary
Good insurance, wellness account is possible and there is a gym right at the same building that the current office is in.
Gym reimbursement, RRSP/DPSP matching, employee stock ownership program, dental, health . Great benefits program
Excellent benefits, on par with the public sector. Would have given 5 stars if the pension plan was not taken away. Any grandfathered pension plans were converted to a locked-in LIRA. Otherwise, great company matching on contributions to RRSPs, and Stock (no matching on TFSAs or non-reg accounts) vested after 4 years. Great tiered medical, dental, life, ad&d, and travel accident insurance to provide flexibility and choice.
standard benefits , but good severance benefits. health care package is not good as you will expect . worst thing is no training ever when you are in the job
List based on reports from current and former employees. It may not be complete.
