They started off well with the introduction but as soon as the topic was given, everyone started copy pasting content from chat gpt and people with experiences of 5+ years did not have the decency to raise hands in the teams meeting for their turn to speak. The moderator after half the process was done, dropped a message asking people to go in turns but then later rejected people who had the decency to wait for their turn unlike the majority of others who did the opposite.
