Interview
5 stages of interview. First is a phone call to understand your overall experience and suitability to the role. Second is a video call with hiring manager to further understand your experience. Third is an interview to further grill on your experience and knowledge. Fourth is a presentation style of assessment. They give you a scenario ahead of time for you to prepare a deck of slides to address the scenario. So during the presentation, they will ask you difficult questions to see how you handle it. Last stage is an interview with the director.
