Interview
Was referred to the recruiter by a colleague. Had 2 telephone interviews with 2 different recruiters followed by an interview with the hiring manager to check for fit. The interviewed was mainly focused around my experience as a Project Manager in Digital Marketing and what methodologies as I was familiar with.
I followed up with both recruiters to check on status and to request feedback and I never heard back from neither of them nor from the hiring manager.
I recently went through the interview process for Adobe, and overall, it was a great learning experience. The process consisted of multiple rounds that tested both technical knowledge and problem-solving skills, along with behavioral aspects.

After the initial screening, they gave a very short time to schedule an HR Interview- My motivations, experience was asked in depth and checked executive presence. They reached out the same day for next steps.

Recruiter reached out by email, followed by a 30 minute phone screen. Then came a hiring manager interview (~45 mins). Then a final panel interview with engineers, PMs, and HR.
