I applied through university. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at AIG (Penn State University, PA) in Feb 2015
Interview
Same day, 30 minute, back to back interviews. Will ask what you know about AIG, why do you want to work for AIG, but for the most part its behavioral about yourself and about your resume. Be prepared for any situation they throw at you that you have been through and research as much as possible about AIG. After the Interviewsthey took about a month to get back to me though.
Two rounds, first is more behaivor and second is more technique, and people are nice. They concentrate on what I have learned in my class, so please prepare that well.
