ATB was proud to be named the #1 place to work in the country by Great Place to Work® Canada — the first year ATB has been recognized as the top workplace in the nation and the only financial institution to make the top 20.
ATB was recognized as second overall among the Best Workplaces in Canada 2019. It's because of the contributions of 5,500+ people that we earned this honour. http://glassdoor.com/slink.htm?key=vMPEb

Bank in the heart with Four Directions Financial. Committed and connected to Alberta’s communities for more than 70 years, ATB has empowered a new financial provider, Four Directions Financial. The first of it’s kind in Alberta, Four Directions Financial is an ATB agency that ensures Edmontonians who are homeless or living in poverty can open—often for the first time—a bank account with a mainstream financial institution. It offers the same products and services—like cashing cheques and saving money in a safe and secure place—found in any ATB location. Every aspect of Four Directions Financial—from the name to the services offered to the paint colours—was guided by clients. Four Directions Financial is open to everyone. You do not have to be a Boyle Street Community Services client to bank here. Watch our video at http://glassdoor.com/slink.htm?key=vQs4L.
ATB is kicking off the Fall Season with an event from Ellevate, a team member network that influences the advancement of all women at ATB. We heard from Ellevate’s Leadership Team and executive sponsor Wellington Holbrook, on topics from uncovering unconscious bias to meaningful ways that we can create a work environment that is an engaging and positive space for women. The topic of how men can participate, benefit and advocate with women was also discussed. ATB Ellevate is just one of many team member networks that are created and led by team members to inspire an inclusive and engaging workplace for all people. We always thought our team members were amongst the greatest. We're truly humbled to know the feeling is mutual. For the second year in a row, ATB has been selected for a Glassdoor Employees' Choice Award, honouring the Best Places to Work in 2017.
Almost 2 years ago ATB began a journey to do things other banks won't do. We set out to reimagine banking, and make it work for people. And now we're making a new promise to Albertans. At ATB, #welisten. http://glassdoor.com/slink.htm?key=vIbQ2
