Cons

They give less salary, no proper time management, need to do lot of work in pressure with less salary, don't hike salary easily, politics on top. TL, Senior Managers are so aggressive and are not respectful.

Cons

Employees are regularly expected to work beyond 9 hours with no respect to personal time. Threat based management culture, stress and fear… Overall the work environment feels toxic and mentally exhausting with pressure instead of encouragement. Salary is also very low.
