decent entry level salary , easy work ,

unpaid overtime, too much workload, very less salary increment , not good for long term

Co-workers are cooperative. but don't join if you get better offer.

Employees are regularly expected to work beyond 9 hours with no respect to personal time. Threat based management culture, stress and fear… Overall the work environment feels toxic and mentally exhausting with pressure instead of encouragement. Salary is also very low.
