      It is a body shop, owner cares only about billing the client

      Pros

      You get to work on an interesting project but you are a body shop.

      Cons

      The most toxic work environment I have ever worked in. This company only cares about one thing: MAKING MONEY. The owner is greedy and is his own worst enemy. They don't care about your well-being or work-life balance. Engineers are forced to work insane hours, till midnight or over subsequent weekends with no choice Overall, it's a modern-day slavery with management that is pushing hard to make 100% of your time to be utilized, but doesn't look after the employees.

      Pros

      I doubt there are even any pros to working here based on my experience.

      Cons

      Leadership is incredibly greedy and incompetent. They only care about money, but have no idea how to make a profit so they resort to bombarding employees with brutal workloads and pay them well below the market average. Unless you want to be miserable all the time, you're better off staying away!

      Nothing, The leadership uses money on lavish expenses like Capitals tickets and other questionable expenses.

      Cons

      Horrible management that is incapable of hiring qualified individuals. Most contracts are given for their 8A designation, but yet they never hire properly and as a result all their contract have lackluster performance.
