      You get to work on an interesting project but you are a body shop.

      Cons

      The most toxic work environment I have ever worked in. This company only cares about one thing: MAKING MONEY. The owner is greedy and is his own worst enemy. They don't care about your well-being or work-life balance. Engineers are forced to work insane hours, till midnight or over subsequent weekends with no choice Overall, it's a modern-day slavery with management that is pushing hard to make 100% of your time to be utilized, but doesn't look after the employees.

      I have been with iTech AG for two years, and it has been an amazing experience. The company has a strong people-first culture, supportive leadership, and colleagues who are always willing to help. I have had opportunities to learn new technologies, earn certifications, and grow professionally through hands-on project experience. The work environment is collaborative, and employees are encouraged to develop their skills and take on new challenges. I especially appreciate the flexibility and the trust given to employees to manage their work effectively.
