Great team of engineers who are very motivated and passionate about what they do, you can have such a lot of fun being with them Interesting work that has the potential to send your creative side spiralling in excitement Nice location in central cambridge in a good shared office with the opportunity to make friends outside of the business
Cons
CEO has no idea what his staff are doing but will still micromanage everyone. He said to me directly that he doesn't trust anyone he employs Lack of product definition means that projects take months longer to complete despite being breathed on by the dragon to finish them ASAP Very much a prototype and we'll fix it later attitude from the commercial side to the business. Zero sense of productisation of an idea leads to regular failures
