CEO has no idea what his staff are doing but will still micromanage everyone. He said to me directly that he doesn't trust anyone he employs Lack of product definition means that projects take months longer to complete despite being breathed on by the dragon to finish them ASAP Very much a prototype and we'll fix it later attitude from the commercial side to the business. Zero sense of productisation of an idea leads to regular failures
