      remote working is embraced very flexible hours excellent work life balance

      Cons

      highly toxic management zero technical expertise in any management positions no opportunity for career or professional growth almost nobody in leadership role has worked in software in the private sector extremely poor pay

      Full ownership of your work Your software has high impact with its users. You are contributing to research in some projects. Good work life balance.

      Cons

      eHealth is basically a dev shop run by non technical people. The intentions are good but management either cannot afford or has ignored countless cries for a technical leader to guide the various projects towards a sustainable software practice.
