So much fun. - Really interesting and difficult problems to try and solve - Great to be on the front line of healthcare - not many people get the opportunity to be so close to the patient if you are in a non-clinical role

- Public sector pay..but if you're passionate about the problems you're solving, it doesnt matter - Need to come up with a sustainable business model to keep the projects afloat - Lack of focus, too many projects, not enough $$ or people

Interesting problems to solve, close to patients and clinicians, some smart people pass through while doing PHD work, decent work-life balance.

Management has ego problems, no experience in the private sector, and are unable to tell the difference between good work and bad work. The result is that a lot of their employees are really incompetent, and anyone who is talented and diligent will soon be demoralized by the race to the bottom.
