nothing much to say. pretty nice culture

A couple of brilliant technical women working there, none of them are team leads, but men with the least knowledge or experience get promoted to the leadership roles. The worst part is that if you’re unlucky you have to put up with insecure, micromanaging guys and their offensive remarks in the meetings. Don’t trust this company. Not only your voice doesn’t matter, but also, any little comment can cost your job. They tell you they are good people and that they are not there to set you up for failure, but don’t trust them. You can be sick and work so hard days and nights and the weekends to meet an unrealistic deadline by working on technologies that you didn’t have any prior experience with and were not hired for in the first place, but after all, they give all the credit to your rude and arrogant team lead and then they fire you! They lie easily and make you trust them. Don’t! I wish I had trusted the negative reviews here. BTW, they have almost no perks. I accepted their offer only because I naively believed I was going to work in a good and healthy culture and that they were “so excited” to have me onboard!!!
