Remote work isn’t for everyone. Be ok with lots of Zoom sessions and accomplishing work on an island Be ready to adapt to changes in tech or strategy As company grows rapidly from a headcount perspective, culture and execution will shift. Have a nimble mindset.

I think this is a great company to work at. We are in a niche area that is in an exciting growth area. The people that use our tech LOVE the tech and that is driving positive adoption. Being a consulting company based on open source technology gives you a lot of room to position your offerings and we have had a lot of success in becoming a trusted advisor too many of our customers.

Being in 'start up' mode can be challenging for some people. We don't have all the answers and you have to figure things out through 'trial and error' sometimes. I think some people struggle with that type of environment. Also being involved in a specific open source area sometimes means there isn't a 'corporate giant' spending money to promote things. That makes adoption much slower but does give a company like us the opportunity to provide some leadership in this area.
