Company is of only of 30 people and no management. Son is the CEO and Father is the CTO no one else in the management. Have only 1 unstable client where we fear everyday when the project gets cancelled Seen people getting fired everyday from past 5 month and no reasons are given. Even we are counting the days. Client's team also not stable and even they are fired without even notice. Client told us that even they are job is not safe. So if you have good career dream please don't join this hopeless place. Its just small place where US people come and shop and throw out people without even notice. I have seen my collogues are getting fired and even rest of the people are trying to get out but 90 days(3 months ) of notice is getting impossible to get offer. Within next few months we all will be going out for sure. Please don't join this place , even OLA/UBER drivers are safer than us right now.

Even if you are 10+ years experienced person they make you to sign the 1 year agreement and then after 3 months notice period. Oh big lies from recruiter and the CEO. Company has 0 stability and no growth. Only one 1 person in the management and he himself portray as a big management. Hardly have 20-30 people and they are hired and fired as per clients mood HR forces people to put reviews Change people name to fit into US clients comfortable It’s a mess here and don’t join this place if you want to spoil your career. Basically it’s pet shop for cheap US clients to cherry pick the people and throw away them as per their moods.
