Making fake promises about how flexible timings will be for employees, how any employee can take leave with no much issue or paperwork and delays, how good and cooperative the PMs are, how well-managed the workflow is, how every employee will be well-treated no matter what..... They are bound to cordially provide the Experience Letter to whichever employee has left the firm, but they haven't provided under the false crap excuse of employee's performance not upto mark, still they're bound to give Experience Letter with no negative remarks.................
