      Mismanagement, no lunches or breaks.

      nice car to drive and lots of petro points

      No breaks No lunches Management couldn't care less about the drivers. Bottom line was to get the parts out to the customer no matter what. If you are overloaded in workload, you are on your own. No help is provided. There are no backup drivers. If someone is sick someone else is now running two routes, plus you are still expected to be on time. Management wil tell you whatever you want to hear to pretend to care. Everything takes too long to take care of. No matter the problem it takes months to resolve. Replacing a driver or warehouse worker takes a minimum of two months. Turnover is high for all of these reasons. I was there for just over a year and we were short staffed at least 90% of the time.

      Pros

      Regular hours and work week, set routine, paid sick days (although be prepared to be treated poorly if you use any)

      Cons

      Branch manager spends all day doing as little as possible and rarely puts in a full day, rampant favoritism, no adherence to safety or discipline policies, wages are terrible considering the amount of work that is expected. Drivers are required and expected to break traffic laws in order to make delivery timetables. Training is non-existent. Turnover is off the charts.

      Flexible and Easy going

      Job security is low and the pay isnt good .I worked there under a very incompetent management ,they will use you like a commodity and when they feel a certain way about you they will put the gun on your temple and pull the trigger.I was fired basically because a manager didnt take my complaints in a positive manner ,,..its a really stressful job and the demands are high compared to what you are getting paid
