Work culture, depending on manager, mine was not good. Flexibility of timing, depending on manager. They will gives you stock which is plus point.
Cons
The main complaint is about the company manager. If you get a good manager, it's fine; otherwise, your experience will be unpleasant. He will ask about your personal life, such as what you did on weekends. He wants to know your girlfriend/boyfriends name and occupation. The main issue is that if you are from North India, and the manager is from Maharashtra, you may be treated poorly. There were four openings for Site Reliability Engineer in my team, and I gave my manager four resumes. He refused, citing my North Indian origin and the length of my vacations. He hired four employees from his own area and among his relatives, literally 10 out of 15 employees are mangers relatives only. Above are only reasons i have switched my role to another team.
