A smaller company gives you more room for growth. I have learned a lot of new skills and made a lot of friends. I have a full sense of how a business operates since we all work so closely. Being an athletic person, working for an athletic apparel company has a lot of perks. Pay is what you would expect at a growing company, and they encourage you to wear the product by offering you a very low price on items for all employees. Coworkers are awesome too!

Because you work so closely with a lot of people, it can get hectic at times in terms of your specific relationships with one another. Policies are more lax, which for some people including myself is awesome but for others can be stressful.
