Nothing as such.. Just unfortunately employer has good enough money to take office at a good place..
Cons
1. No working environment. 2. Management is manner less. 3. no one has any views on what they are working. 4. Complete family run business. 5. No point of view for employee. 6. No employee engagement programs. 7. HR have no idea why they are hired for. 8. No vision of the company. 9. Lack working culture. 10. Average life of a good employee is max 3-4 month. 12. No notice period direct fire.. .
