Pros
Videotap is on the cuttig edge of technology. Absolutely cutting edge. When i was working with them we were building incredible ml things that would be envy of most of the largest companies! Sentiment analysis, interactive videos, we were doing some great work. We were daily working on challenges that i dont think were even on the radar of other laggard companies. It was amaxing and today itservesme very well. For this i am and will remain greatful.
For me one imp thing is ultimately support from your peers and your leaders. My peers are all a smart bunch of poeple who know what they are doing and are available to help.. but more importantly, overall I found a nurturing supportive environment. I failed a few times, but found a supportive leadership who did not care about the result as long as honest effort was made. For me their trust in me made me try harder!

Truly, i cant think of any. Some of my best learnings in my long career have been tied to my time at videotap.
