      Pros

      Good people that work hard and help each other

      Cons

      No one is held accountable, people that do no work at all get covered by management even if you report them with evidence. Leads not doing their work and even if reported, nothing changes. Really bad management.

      Its very good place for learning, good tech stack.

      Cons

      Partiality Your boss must be talented guy rather you will fail along with him No scope for growing into next levels. Very hard Salary revision is very poor unless you get excellent package when you join

      Overall good company but processes sucks

      Pros

      Use of latest and greatest technology. Get a day in a week to work from home.

      Cons

      Not a very good appraisal process. Setting up year end goals and objectives has no meaning. Your faith is completely decided by your manager, even if you are outstanding no one cares until your manager sets you up for success. Employees don't even know who the HR is and they are completely controlled by higher executives. Salaries and benefits are much lower than the market.
