We do agree that we work in discipline as that’s is the way to manage large team and keep them focus. we tried to be fair and equal to all. Please do not take things negatively, all senior and mid-level management member are there to help team member in growing their capabilities. We always believe in improving team’s performance and their caliber. Training only helps to bring better out of team.
