Thanks to appreciate the tools used at Varologic to manage project. We do agree that we work in discipline as that’s is the way to manage large team and keep them focus. we tried to be fair and equal to all. Every member at Varologic is responsible for their work including HR and having written HR request will definitely improve quality of response team get.
Please do not take things negatively, all senior and mid-level management member are there to help team member in growing their capabilities. We always believe in improving team’s performance and their caliber. Training only helps to bring better out of team. Everyone comes to work only to work, gone are those days of “babus and buttering”, this is highly professional company and top level management is highly skilled and capable to know and understand who doing what.
Do spend some time on learning, improving your skill and doing productive job, it will help you in your career to be better professional. Good luck mate.
